Most items sold by London Print Works are printed to order and are therefore final sale.

We only accept returns for:

Damaged items
Faulty prints
Incorrect items sent

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Colour differences between screen and print
Incorrect size selected
Clothing that does not fit
Print variations normal to DTG or giclée workflows

Return Window: Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process: You must provide your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging (for posters). Replacements are issued before refunds. Physical returns are not required.

11. Colour & Print Disclaimer

Our designs feature bold, vibrant colours including Acid Yellow and Electric Pink. Please note:

Screens are backlit and appear brighter than printed ink
Professional print workflows may soften extremely bright tones
Clothing absorbs ink differently to paper
Minor variations between print runs are normal

Colour differences do not qualify for returns or refunds.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Multi-buy promotions become void if part of the order is returned for inspection due to damage or fault.

13. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claims arising from these terms.
