This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted and how issues should be reported.

By placing an order with London Print Works, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

Most London Print Works products are printed to order, including posters, art prints, and apparel.

For this reason, all items are considered final sale, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Returns We Accept

We will accept a replacement or refund only in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit
  • The item contains a clear printing fault
  • The incorrect item was sent

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Colour differences between screen and print
  • Print colour appearing softer than digital mockups
  • Minor print variations inherent to CMYK, DTG, or giclée workflows
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Clothing that does not fit
  • Normal variations between print sizes (A1, A2, A3)

These exclusions are standard for print-on-demand production.

Colour & Print Variations

Our designs use bold, high-saturation colours including Acid Yellow and Electric Pink.

Please note:

  • Screens are backlit and appear brighter than printed ink
  • Professional print workflows may soften extremely bright tones
  • Paper and fabric absorb ink differently
  • Minor variations between print runs are normal

Colour variation does not qualify for a return or refund.

How to Report an Issue

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email info@londonprintworks.art within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside) for poster orders
  • A photo of the shipping label

Incomplete submissions may delay resolution.

Replacements & Refunds

Where an issue is confirmed:

  • Replacements are issued as the first resolution
  • Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

We do not require damaged items to be physically returned.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and processed:

  • Funds typically appear within 3–10 business days
  • International banks may take longer

Processing times depend on your payment provider and are outside our control.

Clothing & Apparel

All apparel items are printed to order.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit preferences
  • Colour appearance differences

Please refer to size charts carefully before ordering.

Multiple Item Orders & Promotions

If an order includes promotional pricing or multi-buy discounts:

  • Partial refunds may void promotional eligibility
  • Discounts may be recalculated where applicable

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly without initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks raised without contacting us may:

  • Delay resolution
  • Trigger payment provider investigations
  • Result in temporary account restrictions
