Order Processing & Production
All London Print Works products are printed to order.
Once payment is successfully completed, your order enters production. Production times vary by product type and destination.
Typical production time:
- Posters & art prints: 2–5 business days
- T-shirts & apparel: 3–7 business days
Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide.
Orders are fulfilled through professional print partners with production facilities in multiple regions, including the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia. Orders are routed to the nearest available facility where possible to reduce delivery time and customs delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after production is complete.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 4–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product type and size
- Shipping method selected
All shipping charges are displayed clearly before you complete checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that tracking availability may vary by carrier and destination.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in product or shipping prices
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority
- You are responsible for paying any applicable fees
London Print Works has no control over customs charges, delays, or inspection processes.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different locations and shipped separately.
In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking emails.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears delayed or lost:
- Check your tracking information
- Allow additional time for international deliveries
- Contact us if no tracking updates are received for an extended period
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Damaged Items During Shipping
While rare, damage during transit can occur.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the damaged item
- Include photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

London Print Works is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
